You will be responsible for all elements of the commercial plan for the category, including pricing, promotions and terms. Deployment to the Sales Teams.
You will provide a channel and key account commercial plan in support of the marketing plan, to drive sales fundamentals.
To review financial & POP KPIs for the specific category and develop choices to develop and rectify.
To support creation and alignment the strategic direction for the specific category.
Decision making authority within Channel strategy, brand strategy, value management strategy, brand and channel investment models, trade investment recommendation and review, budget control, customer investment prioritisation, requests and controls performance insight and recommendation
To review brand performance, key insights on change and identify areas to address on period basis.
To create frameworks for marketing, including New Product Development. Of Graduate calibre, from one of the top Blue Chip Manufacturers. You should be strategic, have had ownership of a P&L and have an appreciation of category management, brand marketing.
