Sales Operation Manager / Sales Manager - Product: Soft Drinks FMCG - Basic Salary: £45,000

THE ROLE: Previous experience of managing a field sales team is essential however our client is open to consider candidates from a wide range of sectors. The role will entail analysing the current performance of the field sales team encompassing processes, territory manager, call planning and the tools that they are provided with to do the job. The sales team are selling to independent customers in retail, wholesale, foodservice and the on trade.
