Technical Sales Manager
£35k basic + commission + car allowance
Our Client
Our client is a VC backed market leading innovative manufacturer of advanced disinfection technology, providing unbeatable environmentally friendly antibacterial treatment of water, air and surfaces. The companys innovative techniques maximise protection against a range of bacteria present within the food production industry.
The Role
·
Develop relationships with new and existing customers to optimize revenue generation and profitability.·
Expand the existing business base through concentrated market penetration into new and existing sectors.·
Identifying target customers and initiating long term productive relationships by employing a consultative, solution based approach, thereby maximizing sales opportunities.·
Utilise a consultative sales approach working closely with production management, technical directors and operations management to develop and execute long term business plans.The Successful Candidate

You will be commercially aware with capital equipment sales experience, specifically into the food and/or beverage industry.·
You will have a proven track record in the sales arena, both within business development and account management, confident in handling orders and sales processes from £10-50k.·
You will have multi-level selling experience and aptitude to deal with customers at all levels, specifically you will possess the gravitas and credibility to present solutions to senior management.·
You will possess excellent communication skills and employ a professional, entrepreneurial approach and a clear focus on standards and quality.·
