REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER : DYNAMIC COMPANY : CLEANING PRODUCTS: BASIC 20K : 25K OTE : COMPANY CAR : MOBILE : LAPTOP: MASSIVE CAREER POTENTIAL AND PROGRESSION:

Do you want to fast track through a field sales career to become a Regional Business Manger in the next 2 years? The Role:
*Working for a leader in the cleaning products arena
* Learning to sell the products, management skills and how to develop business.
*Initially you will shadow different people in sales roles around the UK. You will be away from home for 4-6 months then will be designated a sales territory. This could be anywhere in the UK.
*This is a massively progressive role with a company that value graduate development and look to further develop you through skills analysis, lifelong learning, internal courses and additional NVQ's.
*Eventually managing your own franchise selling cutting edge chemicals into the trade industry, ensuring business development plans are agreed and met.

The Person:
*Must be a graduate.
*Tenacious and ambitious person with sales aspirations and a particular desire to gain hands on field sales experience which will develop into a managerial role.
*Looking for a focussed career off the back of formal and informal training and development.
*Flexibility as the role will involve a lot of staying away from home over the initial 4-6 month period and possible relocation.

The Package:
*£20k Basic raising to £23-30k after the first year
