Field Sales Executive / Sales Account Manager (Home Based)
Birmingham (Covering Birmingham, Sellyoak, Sutton Coalfield, Solihull, Coventry, Kidderminster, Merryhill, Wrexham, Bangor, Stoke, Stafford, Telford, Wolverhampton)
Up to £30,000 Basic (OTE £36,000) plus Company Car, 25 Days Holiday, Pension, Private Medical, Laptop, Blackberry, Dental and Optical Care Scheme

Our client is an international financial services company focused on the provision of B2B finance solutions for small businesses shopping in electrical retailing stores. Filling the gap between a credit card and a bank loan, the business helps customers obtain the technology they need. The company now seeks to recruit a Field Sales Executive / Sales Account Manager.

In this home and field-based role, the Field Sales Executive / Sales Account Manager will manage and develop a set of existing client accounts.

Tasked with driving and delivering optimum sales performance from these accounts, you will be responsible for:

- Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance sales performance
- Building strong relationships with in-store colleagues and wider management
- Delivering group training and one-to-one coaching sessions on the product
- Providing on-going support to colleagues to increase levels of business
- Selling product in-store to demonstrate and build credibility

To be considered for this role, the Field Sales Executive / Sales Account Manager must be able to demonstrate experience of both field sales and account management.

It is also expected that the Field Sales Executive / Sales Account Manager will bring with them proven experience of building and managing relationships, as well as good motivational and communication skills and the ability to analyse and interpret data to increase sales performance.
