BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER : MIDLANDS : BESPOKE OFFICE FURNITURE AND SOLUTIONS : £26K BASIC PLUS COMMISSION
Our client is a market leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of bespoke office furniture, priding themselves on their innovative ideas and designs.
THE JOB:
* Selling wide range of bespoke office furniture.
* Selling to Dealer Partners, End User Clients and / or Third Parties.
* Selling to Buyers / MD / FD.
* Patch - Midlands.
* Reporting to the UK Sales Director.
* Responsibilities would include attending monthly client meetings and seminar attendances.
* In addition, it will be your responsibility to gain an understanding of the local business community and to identify new sales opportunities in National and Local sectors. This is to include local / relevant networking with third parties.
* You will also be responsible for providing field and internal training for dealer sales personnel in product and positional skills.
THE PERSON:
* Must have sold bespoke office furniture before.
* Ideally 4 years successful sales experience.
* Full driving licence (6 points maximum).
* Must demonstrate high levels of drive and energy, as well as being structured and organised.
* Must enjoy and work well in a team.
* Must be numerate in the preparation of quotations and forecast information.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Ambitious and energetic.
* Honest and with high levels of integrity.
THE PACKAGE:
* £30-45k Basic.
* £7500 OTE (uncapped).
