NEW POSITION DUE TO TERRITORY GROWTH - £50'000 OTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Area Sales Manager looking to progress with global company and earn £50k OTE, they provide rental of power generators, temperature control equipment and compressed air systems to all sized companies. Currently looking for a sales management professional to manage the Midlands sales team as well as manage their established relationships with current clients in the West Midlands

THE ROLE:
* Area Sales Manager
* Selling a range of air compression equipment, temporary power solutions including containerised generators, load bank transformers and ancillary equipment
* Field based position
* Territory covering the West Midlands
* Managing a team of 3 sales engineers
* Responsible for roughly 6 Key Accounts on the territory

THE PERSON:
* Proven track record in Sales Management - preferably someone from technical background
* Ideally you will have a broad knowledge of different market sectors
* Of an analytical disposition
* Will adopt a strategic approach to maximise territory potential
* Someone used to showing enthusiasm and energy to motivate, looking for a rewarding and challenging position
* Living as central to the Midlands as possible

THE PACKAGE:
* £37k-40k basic
* 25% achievable bonus potential of up to 50%

* Pension of either 3,4,5 or 6%
