BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, OFFICE SERVICES UP TO £21,000 BASIC OTE £30,000 YEAR 1 £40,000+ YEAR 2 + CAR + CONTRIBUTORY PENSION.

THE ROLE
* Selling the company's office cleaning services.
* Covering the telford, shrewsbury, crewe and stoke areas
* You will be selling to the full range of commercial premises from a small 1 man band to a large office block.
* You will be dealing mainly at buyer level through to directors.
* Targeting a figure of around £570K annually.
THE PERSON
* Proven track record in selling business to business.
* Good track record in sales that is provable and demonstrable
* The personality to sell at all levels of business and close sales on the first appointment
THE SALARY
* Basic £21,000
* OTE £30,000 year 1 rising to £40,000+ year 2
* Astra Level Car
