Ensure all members are satisfied with the service they receive from the Contact Centre and promises are kept·
To respond to all incoming correspondence using the relevant templates as specified within the working instructions·
To ensure all information is communicated to the appropriate personnel in an accurate and professional manner.
This would include communicating with the Team Leaders and your Team Manager·
Advise your Team Leader or Team Manager if necessary, of any potential member issues and escalate any member complaints to the appropriate personnel·
Ensure working procedures are adhered to whilst maintaining a high standard of quality in accordance with BS EN ISO 9002·
Undertake quality checks as requested·
Be responsible for your own time management·
Assist with other team/administrative tasks as requested·
To meet Department Service Standards and Objectives set for you in regular Reviews·
Provide accurate, timely information for reporting purposes as requested
