It is a temporary position but could result in a permanent position for the right person...
You will have to:
Respond to customer communication from both internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner.
Process orders and credits.
Respond to and resolve customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.
Use product and process knowledge to resolve relevant issues in one communication if possible.
Communicate internally and externally with all relevant sections of the business to ensure high standards of Customer Service are maintained.
Collate and report to Team Leader any issues causing concern.
Key in and approve new and broken equipotent returns
Out bound telephone sales.
Assisting with Distributor post ensuring that deadlines are adhered to.
