Regional Sales Manager - Iconic Fashion Brand

Basic Salary - £45,000 - £48,000, £60,000-£70,000 OTE

NORTH EAST

Market Leader: This well known business has a portfolio of brands that is the envy of many other fashion companies. In addition they invest heavily in training and developing their people and offer excellent opportunities to progress through the business. Coming into a new five year business plan a role has arisen on the senior management team due to an internal promotion.

The Role: Managing a team of seven sales people and two key account managers, you will be responsible for a highly successful territory that has grown by a considerable percentage in the last year. Your team will be responsible for selling a range of branded eyewear and branded fashion products into opticians and specialist retailers. The majority of your time will be spent managing and nurturing a well established team however you will also be tasked with recruiting a new team member due to the growth in the region. You will also be responsible for implementing a new reporting structure and holding one on one meetings with your team.
