Job Description

A leading brand in health care, SMA Nutrition dominates its category with almost 45% market share. With a passion for brands and providing the highest quality products, the business has great plans for the future.

As a Healthcare Partner, you will be accountable for generating sales and market-share growth through the implementation of central and local Marketing and Sales strategies. You will also be responsible for:

Influencing Health Care Professional behaviour and decision-making through informed choice
Understanding the requirements of your customers and creating solutions
Creating insight into market place change on a local and national level
Developing and executing customer and account-specific action plans
Delivering outstanding customer focus in order to ensure partner-of-choice
Proactive analysis of local and national sales performance
Effective management of promotional budgets

The ideal candidate will be degree-educated or equivalent, preferably in a life sciences subject, and will have had previous sales experience gained through a classical structured sales approach. They will be adept at developing lasting relationships combined with a genuine interest in the healthcare market and an appreciation for scientific information. Previous sales experience within the Nutritional Healthcare sector would be beneficial, but not essential.

Devon/Cornwall/Dorset

Herts/Beds

South Wales

Lancashire

Leeds/Bradford

North East
