We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for UK & Ireland, who has experience in selling into large retail stores. Location is flexible.This sales role is paying a basic salary up to £35,000 + OTE of £50,000 + Car allowance.
Our client is the worlds largest supplier of animal-related toys for Zoo's, Museums and Aquariums.
Job Profile
Reporting to the Sales Director of Europe, you will have the responsibility of growing our existing business in UK and Ireland.
Your task is to strengthen the relationship with our customers in our current segment, as well as identify and develop new business areas within the region.
You will be working closely with the other Sales Managers in Europe together with the Headquarters in London, in order to achieve sustainable growth in the region.
You will have the autonomy and freedom to plan and execute the strategies, which you develop together with the management.
Your main tasks include:
Visits to existing customers,
Identification of new customers within existing segment, as well as new segments. You will plan and participate in relevant tradeshows, both within your own region as well as the rest of Europe.
Identifying potential sales personnel for the region.
Direct responsibility of growing the sales organization in order to exploit the regions full potential.
Personal Profile
Self- driven and motivated.
The drive of a sales person, and the mindset of a manager.
Implementing strategies,
Experience in selling into large retail stores.
You will be expected to develop new key accounts as well as managing existing ones.
