The role of field sales executive is client facing, and requires a great deal of professionalism. The successful graduate (or person of graduate calibre) will be dealing with new and existing accounts, management of new business and will need to undertake a pro-active approach towards lead generation. The graduate field sales executive will be expected to negotiate and close business deals within the first 3 months! The job has a generous commission structure so the harder you work, the more you earn!
