Business Development Manager Sales Manager - Employee Benefits
Experienced in selling employee benefit solutions? Want to work for a rapidly expanding company that offers superb career progression opportunities and high commission levels!? Then read on
Due to their substantial success and growth, they are looking to expand their very successful team and are looking for a candidate to work in the south-east of the UK. The company has been trading for over twenty years and has major clients throughout various industries. The role will be predominantly new business focused, but will involve an element of account management.
To be successful you must have substantial experience in selling employee benefit solutions / corporate incentives. You will need to be motivated show initiative, be full of drive and money hungry. You will need to be a new business hunter and be able to hit the ground running as you will be selling to various markets, notably major corporate organisations.
The position will be home based but you will have to report to the head office on occasions.
So we bring to you a very challenging role working to very achievable targets. Starting with an excellent basic salary ranging from £40- £60k dependent on experience and an excellent uncapped commission structure, which can be as much as £100k ote.
