FIELD SALES CONSULTANT Environmental/Recycling (industry exp not needed)
£17,500 - £20k Basic, £35k 1st year uncapped OTE + Company Car + Mobile + Benefits.
Would suit field sales experience from any solution led business to business sector.

Our client is a leading supplier of specialist environmental and recycling products and waste solutions.
Requirements:
All applicants must be highly driven yet consultative sales professionals who enjoy developing new business and building profitable client bases. Must be happy dealing with long sales cycles and consultative sales procedures. Must have proven field sales and territory management experience, encompassing sourcing leads, making own appointments, managing own time, prioritising appointments, building a client base and growing a profitable client portfolio. Must also be experienced at presenting, negotiating and closing sales out on the field in front of high level decision makers.
Role:
A solution led sales role, selling specialist environmental and recycling products and waste solutions in to a range of industries across your given territory. Sales of 5 year rental contracts along with opportunities to sell the machinery itself in to your client base to increase revenue streams. Building your own client portfolio, developing and converting new leads, cold calling, securing appointment, understanding clients market and long term needs, securing long term contracts, maximising revenue and account managing on-going client accounts. Working from home you will be responsible for own time, diary and territory management and self motivation.
Salary/commission structure:
£17,500-£20k Basic, £35k 1st year uncapped OTE. £45-80k 2nd year uncapped OTE. Full commission given for 5 year contracts on completion of sale.
