Territory Manager

Gymnova is one of the worlds leading gymnastics equipment brands and is the official supplier to the London 2012 Olympic Games. We are looking to appoint an experienced Territory Manager to strengthen our team.

Role and Responsibilities:
To deliver sales growth from a combination of outbound calling and responding to inbound enquiries.
You will offer advice and make recommendations from our product range to Gymnastics Clubs, Leisure Centres and others, which meet and satisfy their needs.
Based at our offices near Colne, after a training period, you will become responsible for your own territory. It is anticipated that your time will be spent equally between office and visiting customers.
You will produce and follow-up on quotations and will be expected to significantly improve current sales figures and market share within the territory.

The ideal candidate must have the following attributes:
Proven sales experience
Previously been employed in a role where working to and exceeding targets is required
Ability to generate own leads and close sales
Ability to foster and maintain excellent customer relationships
Good organisational skills
Possess a full clean driving licence
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite

Salary: Competitive package
Leave: Five weeks per year plus bank holidays
Pension: 5% employers contribution into company pension scheme upon successful completion of probationary period
