We are looking for Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join a fantastic contact centre based in Hamilton, various start dates available.
JOB SUMMARY: TO DELIVER AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVERYTIME!
Responsibilities :
Dealing with Inbound calls from current customers, helping solve any of their banking enquiries.
To provide excellent customer service at all times
Make customers aware of other products available to them
Work in a friendly and efficient manner.
