REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - CODING SYSTEMS
£30,000-£35,000 Basic + Uncapped commission + Company Car + Laptop+ Mobile + Private Medical Cover + Contributory Pension scheme + Expenses
THE COMPANY
Has been established for over 30 years, specialize in the Manufacture and Distribution of Coding and Marking Machinery throughout the UK. With products such as Thermal Transfers, Lasers, Hot Foil Coders and consumables, they sell into the Pharmaceutical, Chemicals, Food and Beverage Industries. The company is looking to expand their Scotland client base and this is an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager.
THE ROLE
Reporting directly into the Sales Director, this Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business as well as setting up and managing accounts across Scotland. Using a consultative sales approach and working with order values of between £10 - £40000, so you will need to understand customer's problems and recommend an appropriate solution.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Regional Sales Manager must have the desire to succeed both financially and in their career. An ambitious nature is needed because of the possibilities within the company. It is essential that this person has sales experience and technical/engineering knowledge and can communicate at all levels within the customer base.
