This £100 million pound company is a market leader in its field. With 17 offices in the UK they offer UK, European and worldwide business services. This corporate organisation has a reputation that is second to none and they are expanding their already successful sales team.
The Role
The role is that of a Trainee Account Manager/Field Sales Executive and the successful applicant will be joining the next intensive training course. On this Trainee Account Manager/Field Sales Executive training scheme you will learn all the skills required to progress throughout the company. You will receive training on new business development, client field visits and developing and maintaining accounts.
Experience required
The ideal Trainee Account Manager/Field Sales Executive will have a minimum of 12 months telesales experience. This must include outbound, new business calls.
You will also be organised, professional and able to work to targets.
Benefits
In return you will receive a good basic salary with regular pay rises (£22 after 12 months, £24k after 18 months and £26k after 24 months). In addition you will have a company car (after 6 months) and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.

As this is a field based role you must have a full, clean (no more that 6 points) driving license.
