Service Contract Field Auditor Commercial Vehicles / Trucks

ROLE
- This is a role to audit the commercial vehicle network of dealers when it comes to the repair and maintenance of commercial vehicles / trucks
- The role entails looking at the job packs, analysing the jobs/work carried out, the time allowance for work, the costings and parts usage
- Bottom line the role is to manage and control the service contract audit process to ensure the validity of service contract claims, thus improving the overall cost management and budget control of the commercial vehicle portfolio
- There is currently one person covering the UK & Ireland and this current recruitment run will expand the team to 3
PERSON
- You will have an in-depth knowledge of commercial vehicles / trucks ideally having come from a background within a Commercial Vehicle repair / workshop environment
- Need to be able to look at job costings and have the ability to visualise any given repair and identify overcharges.
- Must have the ability to communicate competently and effectively at all levels within the dealership environment
