FIELD SALES CONSULTANT : £18K BASIC : £30K OTE (UNCAPPED) : FINANCIAL MARKET LEADER
Our client was originally an authorised insurance company, but has since developed into a group of companies providing accident and health insurance, employee benefits and financial advice.
THE ROLE:
* Selling employee benefits schemes... specifically voluntary group income protection insurance.
* Selling to business within the industrial and transport sectors.
* 70% new business / 30% existing business... however all of your leads will be provided.
* Territory - East Midlands including Coventry, Leicester, Nottingham and Derby.
THE PERSON:
* Business to business sales experience is required.
* Polished communicator.
* Self motivated.
* Someone has the drive and determination to exceed target and therefore progress in the company.
THE PACKAGE:
* £18k basic salary.
* £30k OTE (uncapped).
