Working on behalf of a leading UK supermarket your role will involve handling incoming calls from their online shopping service. This includes handling complaints about produce delivered, failed deliveries and re-scheduling deliveries.Hours of work will be flexible between 8am-11.30pm Monday to Friday, 8am-8.30pm Saturday and 10am-6.30pm Sunday.
