Job Title: Area Sales Manager Permanent Full Time

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to join our successful sales team, covering Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire areas. Your main responsibilities will be to:
· maintain and increase sales of company building, plumbing and drainage products and to achieve targets and goals set by the Company
· establish, maintain and expand the Companys customer base in order to increase the regions volume sales within the Company guidelines
· be able to produce specifications with architects and other building representatives, and successfully convert them into sales
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager in this field based role, you will have demonstrable sales experience within a related industry, such as the manufacturing, trade, construction or building products market, and be an accomplished business developer with a good level of specification training and experience. With strong interpersonal skills, you will be self-motivated and goal-orientated; an effective communicator with the ability to positively influence and persuade others.
