Field sales / Business development manager / New sales / IT software sales
Based UK
Salary 25k - 28k OTE 45k
My client is a UK provider of email and mobile marketing solutions delivering over ½ million messages a month and are now looking for a Sales Executive to help with their expansion plans.
As Sales Executive you will be tasked in developing your client base, arranging your own appointments, putting tenders together and closing the deal. You will look to arrange 20 appointments a month and look to close 3 deals a month. You will be based from the London office but will involve UK travel. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a division and look to recruit a team of sales people within 12 months.
This company has been established for 5 years providing industry leading email and mobile communication services. With 45 employees with expansion to 80 within 12 months. Blue Chip client base. A Multi million pound T/O with growth plans to reach £25 million by 2010. Fantastic career opportunities and a driven, proactive, fun company to work for.
As a Sales Executive you will need a minimum of 2 years Business to Business sales experience working in a new business role. You must be someone that can self generate your own business and can communicate at board level. You will need to demonstrate that you can close. You will need to be very professional and articulate both verbal and written. You must be confident, proactive and someone that has a proven track record in sales. You will need to be degree / degree calibre, consultative and have a high work ethic. A technology sales background is advantageous along with a keen attitude to progress your career with a market leader.
