Job Description

TITLE
Area Sales Manager
(Selling floorings, mats, matting and rubber products into architects, specifiers, designers and flooring contractors).

PACKAGE
Basic Salary £30k, plus commission scheme.
Car, laptop, mobile.

TERRITORY
The whole of Scotland, candidates to be based somewhere on the territory, preferably Glasgow or Edinburgh.

THE ROLE
Selling the companies’ full range of floorings, mats, matting and rubber products
Selling into architects, specifiers, designers and flooring contractors.
Entering into a good market covering the whole of Scotland.
Great potential for new business, some account management involved as well.
Excellent ongoing sales support and training given to the whole sales team.

THE PERSON
Our client is ideally looking for a candidate with a strong and structured sales background.
Ideally candidate should have some customer knowledge of the architects, designers, specifiers and contractors within the industry.
Product knowledge is preferred but may consider other interior backgrounds.
Self motivated and determined to succeed.
