Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of the post are:-
1. To manage client expectations with an emphasis on exceeding anticipated service levels.
2. The preparation and presentation of individual account reviews on a regular basis, in accordance with individual SLA and any specific agreements
3. To communicate and liaise with clients on a regular basis and at all levels, as necessary and appropriate.
4. To review and develop detailed customer profiles to identify clear account management strategies.
5. To update the team on client news, developments and the results of any client satisfaction reviews, via weekly meetings.
6. To maintain and administer an efficient database and diary system on the computer:
Maintaining accurate records and producing relevant documentation
Offering and carrying out renewal visits to clients where appropriate
Being aware of market trends to maintain high levels of business and commercial awareness
Being proactive to ensure that new opportunities are considered and the portfolio is maximised
Experience
Solid account management experience
Strong background in account planning, proactive customer management/sales skills
Understanding and experience of high net worth customer proposition and market
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Ability to proactively identify account development opportunities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a multi task, highly pressurised environment
