Marketing Associate - EC London - £20-24k Basic + full Benefit Package
Primary responsibilities include building the companies marketing community of thought leadership content and driving new and returning audiences to the programs to support lead generation goals. Assist in the optimization of existing marketing campaigns to deliver qualified sales-ready leads on the back of content viewing. Execute and support a multi-channel marketing practice that includes webinars, videos, web traffic, social media and co-marketing partners.
Job Description - Marketing Associate
*Source, build and manage a program of online summits that align with our content strategy for acquiring targeted marketing professionals in the North America and the UK
*Forecast and meet monthly lead requirements of new marketing prospects and sales-ready leads
*Leverage a mix of email, co-marketing, online marketing, and social media to drive targeted leads to a growing archive of live and on-demand content
*Build effective lead nurturing programs that develop sales-ready leads and accelerate pipeline
*Tailor analytics, provide expert data leadership, marketing intelligence and actionable analysis to sales and other areas of the company as required
*Develop campaigns with focus on targeted buyer persona's, industries, and regional business needs
*Collaborate closely with stakeholders including management, sales, marketing and delivery to assure programs meet business objectives
Experience - Marketing Associate
*Must have previous marketing or sales experience
* Familiarity with marketing automation, sales force management, and content management systems desired
*Commercially focused and passionate about making an impact on revenue
*Creativity to establish marketing programs and campaigns that drive high volume and quality results through low-cost acquisition methods
*Networking to develop relationships with high-value presenters that drive audience
*Superior research, communication, and writing skills
*Ability to work with the team, and independently, in a fast-paced environment
*Strong project management skills, managing multiple programs and campaigns with tight deadlines
*Exceptional attention to detail while on the front-line of representing the brand
*Preferably to have had a Bachelors degree or higher in a related discipline
