Exhibition Sales Executive Onrec
Key responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a strong candidate with a great sales background who has an understanding of the online recruitment market or exhibition sales, or preferably both.
The candidate should have business to business sales experience and the ability to deal with a clients at all levels to help deliver our international expansion plans.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling existing clients and new prospects exhibition space and sponsorship packages, by converting existing leads and sourcing new business.
You will be selling space at the UK and Hong Kong exhibitions, and at the Dubai exhibition which will be a launch event.
You will also sell sponsorship of our new webinar series.
There will be some opportunity to travel, subject to targets being met.
Specific requirements / skills:
Excellent telephone manner
IT and Internet skills required with the ability to learn new software quickly (training provided)
Account management and face-to-face experience

Ability to use initiative

Excellent Business to Business communication skills
Proactive approach
Good time management and organisational skills
Work to strict deadlines
Articulate, professional and well presented
Preferable Experience:
The candidate will have a strong telesales background, with at least two years sales experience in exhibitions. Ideally the candidate will have knowledge of the recruitment and online recruitment markets.

Onrec is running a conference expo in Hong Kong, which it is looking to expand, and is also launching a conference expo in Dubai. Onrec also plans to host a series of Webinars for the UK, US and Middle East markets.
