Over the past decade our client has grown to become a leading Public Relations firm with a global reach and an impressive client base centered on the technology market. Through their impressive portfolio of services and solutions they have gained a solid reputation for delivery and as such have shown continued growth that will ultimately lead to a stock floatation in the near future. They now have an exciting opening for a Business Development Manager to be based at their prestigious Central London office.
As business development manager you will be responsible for researching and contacting prospect clients. You will be tasked with outreach to UK businesses to support our clients' expansion within the b2b marketplace. Working with both junior and senior colleagues, you will develop and deliver presentations at senior levels within some of the UK's leading companies. This role may also involve the delivery of networking events and industry forums.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and have a minimum of 3 years previous consultative sales experience from within a PR, media or technology related sector. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills along with a structured approach, solid time management and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. This role requires high levels of self motivation and ultimately an individual with the ability to research and deliver exciting PR solutions.
The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary circa 28-35k dependent upon experience with an uncapped OTE of 40-50k in the first year plus additional and extensive benefits.
