Over the past decade our client has grown to become a leading Public Relations firm with a global reach and an impressive client base centered on the technology market. Through their impressive portfolio of services and solutions they have gained a solid reputation for delivery and as such have shown continued growth that will ultimately lead to a stock floatation in the near future. They now have an exciting opening for a Business Development Director to lead a growing team based from their prestigious Central London office.
As a Business Development Director your key focus will be to set and deliver strategy for business development and growth within the UK market. Through the close and direct management of a growing team you will develop business for our client whilst working alongside a core account servicing teams to develop company strategies, plans and pitch content. Additional duties will include: driving sales of £1m + annually, managing the sales pipeline ensuring the team consistently achieve sales targets and forecasting and implementing tactics of varying nature. The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and have a minimum of 6 years previous sales leadership experience from within a PR or technology related sector. You will have excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills along with a structured approach, solid time management and the ability to work from the front and as part of a senior team. This role requires high levels of self motivation and ultimately an individual with the ability to deliver exciting growth plans.
The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary circa 55-60k dependent upon experience with an uncapped OTE of 90-95k in the first year plus additional, extensive and executive benefits.
