Account Manager Conferencing
20-24k Base, 38-40k OTE + Bens
Our client, a global conferencing provider is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Account Manager to work within their corporate accounts division. As one of the fastest growing companies in the rapidly expanding audio, web & data conferencing sector our client has an ongoing commitment to customer service and satisfaction and as such they now need to strengthen their corporate team.
The successful candidate will be working with clients both face-to-face and over the phone and will be involved with day-to-day management of our client's existing customer accounts. You will be charged with up-selling and cross-selling additional services to increase revenue opportunities, implement new accounts and new services and support colleagues in both the planning and training of new roll-outs.
The ideal candidate will posses 12-18 months business to business sales experience, strong organisational capabilities, excellent client-facing and presentation skills (both verbal and written) and a pro-active approach to account management. You will also posses a strong work ethic, be a target-driven individual and place strong emphasis on customer service, team work, and exceeding sales goals.
The successful candidates can expect a competitive compensation package circa 20-24k Basic, 38-40k OTE including uncapped commissions, executive benefits and room for career advancement and professional growth.
