Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Commercial will provide the club with strategic direction and leadership to deliver the commercial objectives.

Main Responsibilities will include:

• Identify and explore new income opportunities whilst consolidating existing streams.
• Lead, train and motive a small commercial team whilst creating a performance led sales culture.
• Review the following business units to ensure the proposition is driving maximim commercial gain from; sponsorship,corporate revenue on match days, match day attanedance, retail and new media/web sales and non-match day business.

The successful candidate will have a proven commercial background gained within a sporting/ hotel/ leisure destination/ media or conference environment. You will have a thorough commercial awareness of how to maximise revenue from a venue and how to strategically engage with the local business community.

You will be ready for the next challenge in your career and able to demonstrate a track record in successful change management and motivate a commercial sales team.

Leicester City Football Club are entering a challenging and exciting chapter in their long established history. The Chairman has ambitions and a business plan to put Leicester City back into the Premiership. This plan will create enormous commercial opportunity for the club to take advantage of their state of the art facilities.
