20-40k Base, 35-55k OTE + Bens

Our Leicestershire based client is a small but growing boutique PR Agency with the mindset, skill set and client base you would expect from a global player. Through offering strategic PR consultancy they deliver significant and measurable results for clients both large and small. They now have an exciting opening for an Account Manager to be based at their Leicestershire office.

As an Account Manager/Director you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of account, where with colleagues you will identify, qualify and confirm further revenue opportunities. This is an integral role for a small company that delivers a high calibre and highly measurable PR service to SME and corporate clients on a national scale

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and have a minimum of 3-5 year's previous PR Agency experience. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills along with a structured approach, solid time management and the ability to work as part of a small close knit team that is focused on client satisfaction.

The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary circa 20-40k dependent upon previous PR Agency experience with an OTE of 35-55k plus additional benefits.
