THE ROLE:

A Regional Account Director position has arisen with a prestigious professional provider of corporate events, travel incentives and exhibitions. This Senior Sales Account Manager role will involve selling a range of corporate events, corporate incentives, exhibitions and full event management consultancy solutions to Blue Chip corporate companies throughout the UK and Worldwide sales arena and will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area. You will also be responsible for managing a team of account managers.

THE CANDIDATE:

· Proven successful track record in a recent business to business field sales position.
· Excellent recent experience in incentives and event planning.
· Highly professional.
· Experience of selling to Blue Chip organizations.
· Experienced in account/client management.
· Able to manage budgets.
· Experienced in managing teams.
· Proven track record in successful client negotiation.
· Excellent rapport building skills.
· Must be extremely well presented.
· Ability to handle multiple projects.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Strategic thinker.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £40,000-£45,000 basic

Commission: £Superb 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
