This company has a UK turnover in excess of £700million. Candidates should have field sales experience with a proven track record of selling into the public sector or come from a financial services bakground. Business Development Manager Social Property Solution Sales JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager. AREA: West Midlands. BASED: West Midlands. BASIC: £40K - £45K dependent on experience. OTE: £60K uncapped. BENEFITS: Car (A4/ VW Passat) or car allowance, 25 days holiday plus stats, laptop, mobile, pension, healthcare and home office set up. THE ROLE ·A unique opportunity has become available to work with this market leading organisation as a Business Development Manager selling this company's market leading clients full range of social property solutions. ·In this role the Business Development Manager will be selling to the property related services to public sector bodies such as social housing, housing associations, local authorities and so on. ·Services include the replacement, maintaining and improvement of social housing homes (this would include compliance services such as health and safety and business risk assessments). ·Order values in this role are huge as the business Development Manger will often be the focal point of tenders to bid for public sector bugdets: £1million is a small order, the largest was a £200million contact over 10 years. ·This is a 70% new business, 30% account development role. ·This is an extremely consultative role. THE COMPANY ·This company is a market leader. ·Currently, they have10,000 employees. ·This company has a UK turnover in excess of £700million. KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ·Candidates should have field sales experience with a proven track record of selling into the public sector or come from a financial services bakground. ·Public sector tender knowledge would be beneficial for this position. ·Candidates with passion, spark, ideas, empathy great relationship building skills and a consultatuive sales approach are sought for this position.
