SRL Sales Recruitment have forged excellent working relationships with one of the leading estate agency groups in the UK. With office across the South East, they have an extensive network of offices and are able to deliver with success.
Due to growth, their Shirley office requires a Lettings Manager to conduct the following duties:
To win and develop lettings business maximising revenue opportunities
Exceed both personal and business targets
Set and review office staff targets along with the MD
Motivate and rewards sales staff
Establish development needs for internal staff through 1-2-1s
Ensure the business is compliant
Listing and letting properties
Maintain and develop landlord and contractor relationships
Previous Lettings Manager experience is required for this role along with a proven track record from the industry. You must also have a full UK licence. You will also be expected to work 1 shortened day at the weekend.
