Recruitment (Sales) Manager Excellent Package Reading We are a leading national provider of investigators and security professionals to organisations throughout the UK and we require a Recruitment (Sales) Manager/Team Leader We are looking for a dynamic self starter to join us as we grow our business in this very exciting market so if you are ambitious, sales oriented and successful, we would like to hear from you. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a recruitment or similar sales role. Great interpersonal skills and excellent communication ability at all levels is essential. The ability to bring out the best in others and to lead and manage a team is a must. The successful person will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary, and uncapped commission potential. Other incentives help put the cherry on the cake.
