Junior Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agency - Reading - £12-13k Basic + £20-22k Uncapped OTE

Our client is an independent firm specialising in residential sales and lettings in Reading and its surrounding areas. The Junior Lettings Negotiator is accountable for the development of new lettings business within their geographical area of operation, and for contributing to the overall growth of our clients Lettings network by supporting the company, its Clients and staff. Working hours are 8.45am to 6pm (Mon - Fri) & Saturdays 8.45am-1pm.  Of course in this role/industry it goes without saying that they will be required to work out of office hours to do viewings to meet client's needs.

Job Description - Junior Lettings Negotiator

*Registering all prospective clients to agreed standards, using the correct software, whilst identifying the full potential of
the business opportunity
*Keeping in regular contact with all potential clients, updating records accordingly until conclusion
*Qualifying appointments, updating clients records and recording activity as appropriate
*Conducting sales appointments, either agreeing business or identifying other opportunities
*Providing regular feedback to Clients regarding our progress in securing a tenancy, agreeing the action/s that need to be taken in order to minimise voids and optimise their income
*Assisting the Lettings Manager and other Team Members as necessary
*Following company procedures and guidelines.

Experience - Junior Lettings Negotiator

*In addition, although experience in property-related roles would be good, what will be essential is the desire and demonstrable proof of having exceeded targets in terms of both activity levels and results.

Package - Junior Lettings Negotiator

 *£12,000 - £13,000 basic salary
*OTE £20-22,000 (based on minimum targets being achieved).
