Mortgage Advisor

Portsmouth

To £20,000 basic, £50,000 OTE + car or car allowance + benefits

SRL Sales Recruitment have forged excellent working relationships with one of the leading estate agency groups in the UK. With office across the South East, they have an extensive network of offices and are able to deliver with success.

Due to growth, they now seek an experienced Mortgage Advisor to cover the Portsmouth area (Portsmouth office). To be considered for this Mortgage Advisor opportunity, you must be able to:

• Sell towards set targets and appropriate mortgage packages
  
• Set up and attend meetings with clients
• Sell associated assurance products
• Work closely with the Branch Manager at morning sales meetings
• Identify and initiate leads from other sources and liaise closely with Sales Support
  
• Train and coach residential team members

Previous Mortgage Advisor experience is required for this role along with a proven track record from the industry.
You must have a Cemap1 qualification and a full UK licence. You will also be expected to work most Saturdays.
