My client is a market leader in Oil and Gas Recruitment and is looking for dynamic and self motivated trainee recruitment consultants/experienced recruitment consultants for their offices in Manchester city centre.

The role will involve the full spectrum of recruitment including candidate search and selection, new business development, interviewing and headhunting. You will actively promote the business by contacting prospect clients by telephone and sell the benefits of using this company. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a company that boasts some of the largest oil and gas organisations as their clients and works with some of the highest calibre candidates across the UK and internationally.

The successful person for this role will be educated to degree standard or be of graduate calibre. You will be tenacious, sales driven, self motivated and hungry for success. Due to the nature of this role you will also be articulate and be able to communicate with candidates and clients at all levels. You must also have a good level of patience and this niche sector has a more consultative approach, and will require analytical skills, and a passion for seeing a project through to the end.
