A leading independent financial services organisation is looking for consultative commission only field sales agents to convert leads which are provided weekly. Warm leads, training and all marketing information provided. This is an extremely conscientious, profession organisation. Manage your own diary covering exclusive post codes. A fantastic opportunity to build your own business from a fantastic stable base. Ongoing support. The company are continually generating leads through effective marketing and need several consultants to cover various postcodes in the UK - This is as stated NOT your usual commission only role. You will not be disappointed!
The Role:
Selling financial solutions to the general public, warm leads, referrals and networked individuals
Reporting results to a UK sales manager
Managing own diary, building networks and following up warm leads that are provided weekly (25+)
Working a designated patch that is exclusive to you. All self generated leads irrespective of geography belong to you.
Uncapped commission structure - average 1st year earnings between £20,000-£40,000 depending on closure rate/success and dedication / application
To work to sales targets and standards of performance whilst retaining a compassionate and empathetic approach when dealing with clients.
To maintain a profession approach and represent your company with the highest integrity at all times
Appointing your own leads and warm leads to achieve 7-9 set appointments per week
There is an annual licence fee of £175 payable after your 1st months trading - this contributes towards the cost of your leads, training, marketing materials, support and on going research and product development.
Excellent payment packages for clients - affordable solutions
1 hit interview - 3 day training course - all expenses paid.
The Person:
Smart, professional with a strong history of successful sales experience, either business to business, business to retail or business to consumer
Experience in a similar role would be a big advantage
Empathetic with excellent listening skills
Mature personality who can gain respect and trust as your clients are making life decisions
Motivated and driven to succeed in a self employed style role working autonomously
The Package:
Commission only - Year 1 OTE £20,000 - £40,000
Guaranteed £1,000 after first full month working for the company
Marketing material provided. Plus mobile phone (£75 deposit)
3 day fully expensed training course in Weston Super-mere
Ongoing help and advice. Telesales back up and warm leads provided
Up to 40 warm leads provided per week for you to convert into appointments
