Sales / Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agent) in Dubai
£50,000 - £200,000 per year, tax-free, plus benefits
An award-winning Real Estate Agency are seeking Sales / Lettings Negotiators to join their experienced team. The organisation offers excellent earning potential (tax free) in their brand new, luxury, open-plan offices. With all the continued training and support needed for a Sales / Lettings Negotiator moving to a new country and company, you won't believe how easy it will be to succeed.
As an active Sales / Lettings Negotiator you will be required to source properties, buyers, sellers, investors, developers and tenants to assess and to commit them to Sales & Lettings transactions that contribute to you and the company's revenue.
TITLE: Sales / Lettings Negotiator
LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
SALARY: £50,000 - £200,000 OTE (top consultant earned £200,000 tax free!)

OTHER: Permanent/Full time, Sunday-Thursday 9am-6.30pm.
The ideal Sales / Lettings Negotiator will possess:
- Substantial experience as a Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent / Property Sales Consultant / Lettings Agent / Letting Negotiator or similar title, ideally within a large corporate Estate Agency
- A proven track record in sales, both telephone based and face-to-face
- A full, clean, UK Driving Licence
- Excellent punctuality and work ethic
- The ability to relocate to Dubai, including financial independence; typical cost of relocating is around £5,000
