They currently employ over 6000 staff and are expanding rapidly to meet demand. They look for people with real estate experience who are driven, highly motivated and have the ability to think outside the box. All employees receive excellent training at their dedicated training centre in Dubai, they are firm believers in continuous development and the success of the company is directly linked to the development of the staff.
We are currently recruiting Property Consultants to work in Dubai, you must have current experience selling property, preferably high value and to an overseas market. This can either be purchase or rental. This is a new business role, you will generate your own leads from anywhere in the world or you can use your own database. Assistance will be provided also. The actual sale is predominantly face to face, this can be with either a single buyer or you can sell wholesale.
You will receive a competitive basic salary plus an excellent commission structure based on the cost price of the property. The company will take care of all visa requirements, arrange your flight, UAE bank account, medical insurance, they will provide you with a UAE sim card and will add £100 credit per month. For the first 15 days you will stay in a hotel at the company's expense, after this they will provide assistance in sourcing suitable accommodation for you.
