Reporting directly to the Section Manager, the role will involve managing 6 account managers. The role will require motivating, coaching and setting the standards for the team, in a busy, upbeat office. The Team Leader will also be trained to complete the role of account manager and will be expected to assist and demonstrate these skills on a weekly basis.The succesful candidate will:- already be an experienced team leader or manager with a demonstratable track record of success- be a motivator who is not afraid to get involved with the role at hand and "get their hands dirty"- be an excellent coach who understands how to inspire performance in others- be looking to take on a career rather than a job and develop within a prestigous companyThe role is 37.5 hours per week, and based on office hours between Monday and Friday.
