The role will involve ongoing training, with proportionate salary increases upon completion of defined sections of development, and is truly a "career role". The initial salary of £15,000 can be raised to £20,000 within 3 years, and members of team have taken on various roles within the business, including management and technical roles.The role will provide supplying ongoing customer service to all active clients and promote professionalism to retain exisiting and develop and encourage future business. To achieve this, succesful candidates will communicated with their own portfolio of clients on a regular basis and provide a personalised approach to customer care by using excellent organisational and adminstrative skills.The succesful candidates will:- have a proven and demonstratable track record of delivering excellent administration and customer care- be looking for a career with long term prospects, not just a "quick-fix" job- have excellent communication and organisational skills- be willing and able to "think out of the box" with innovative solutions to problems and issues- be confident in dealing with, and resolving, customer, client and internal issues- without supervision or direction- be an enthusiastic and dedicated member of the company - be flexible, adaptable and helpfulThis role is critical to the company as it provides front-line customer service to clients and customers alike.If you feel you would be suitable for this role, and meet ALL the above criteria, please submit a c.v. with covering letter to (email address removed) or by mail to Matt Booth, Randstad Staffing Solutions, Unit 5, Anchorage 2, Salford Quays, Manchester M50 3YW.
