Business Development Manager Relocation Service Sales JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager. AREA: North. BASED: Manchester. BASIC: £30K. OTE: £50K uncapped. BENEFITS: £7k car allowance, 22 days holiday, mobile, laptop, healthcare and pension 5%. THE ROLE ·Committed to ongoing development and success, this compnay is looking for a Business Development Manager to sell relocation services, which do just that relocate people en-mass overseas. ·The service being sold is broken down into 3 parts. Firstly, there are services to formulate the best combination of cost-effective services and support, full needs assessment with each family is given to determine their requirements and ensure that proper planning is undertaken. Secondly, transferees and their families will immediately start to build local living and social skills, become settled-in and gain confidence in their new environment. Lastly, there is support, whereby transferees strive to succeed in their new business role, their families face unique challenges as they adjust to living in a new environment. ·In this role, the Business Development Manager will sell to human resources departments within corporate companies that typically relocate 50 or more employees per year. ·Most of these company's will be within the professional services arena but it is to a horizontal market. THE COMPANY ·This company has been established for 20 years and is a market leader. ·Currently, they have1000 employees. ·They have a £100million turnover. ·They have 2000,000 m2 of warehousing space. ·This company has 80 offices worldwide. KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ·All candidates should have business to business field sales experience selling services and solutions. ·The best applicants will have been working in a new business focussed role but have excellent account development skills. ·Candidates with an empathetic and very consultative sales approach are sought for this position. ·Experience in selling into either human resources departments or large corporate companies would be beneficial for this position.
