Our client is looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator offering an immediate start for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will have great local knowledge of the local Nottingham property market, and will have their own vehicle.
Responsibilities for the Lettings Administrator:
Organising property viewings.
Dealing with local councils, landlords and customers.
Dealing with maintenance queries and organizing contractors. (using CFP software)
Maintaining all property advertising.
Tenant Referencing
Maintaining company records
Measures of Success for this position:
Accurate feedback and records maintained.
Enquiries dealt with in a timely manor.
Necessary Skills and Requirements for this Lettings Administrator role:
At least 1 year Lettings Administrator experience
Knowledge of CFP or similar letting software.
Basic knowledge of management accounts
Very good communication skills
High level of computer skills
Excellent time management.
Attention to detail
Personal Qualities Required:
Talkative, happy, outgoing (a people person) also needs to be committed, excellent diligent and have a high degree of integrity and be professional at all times. You will also be a good team player and have good communication skills to contribute to the efficient functioning of the agency.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with alternate Saturdays.
The successful candidate will be given incentives and and discuss commission structure
