Our client is one of the most successful residential, leisure and commercial developers in Dubai and the Middle East and is expanding rapidly into North Africa, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the Far East.
The company's portfolio includes properties spread across 450 million square feet and is worth in excess of US$30 billion.
They currently employ over 6000 staff and are expanding rapidly to meet demand. They look for people ideally with real estate experience who are driven, highly motivated and have the ability to think outside the box. All employees receive excellent training, they are firm believers in continuous development and the success of the company is directly linked to the development of the staff.
We are currently recruiting Property Consultants to work in Canary Wharf, selling commercial and residential property on an individual or wholesale basis across the globe. You must have either current experience selling overseas property or high net worth clients who would be interested in overseas property investment.
This is a new business role, you will generate your own leads from anywhere in the world or you can use your own database. Assistance will be provided also. The actual sale is predominantly face to face, this can be with either a single buyer or you can sell wholesale.
You will receive a competitive basic salary plus an excellent uncapped commission structure based on the cost price of the property. The top achiever is due to earn in excess of £500 000 this year!!
