Business Development Manager Property Management Solution Sales
JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager.
AREA: Midlands.
BASED: Midlands.
BASIC: £35K - £45K.
OTE: £10K - £15K.

THE ROLE
·If you are looking for a step up in your career then this is the ideal opportunity for you to work as a Business Development Manager selling facilities / property management services to the social housing market.
·The Business Development Manager will be responding to tenders and submitting proposals for projects whose value are in the millions.
·This role is very autonomous in nature and the person filling this position will manage his or her time as he or she sees fit.
·The Business Development Manager will receive substantial internal sales support and have his or her own marketing budget to control.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·This company is looking for a strategic business developer with experience of selling some form of solution either commercially or construction led to local authorities or social housing providers.
·Experience of selling facility / property management solutions would be beneficial for this position although this is not a prerequisite.
·The successful candidate will be credible, articulate and comfortable presenting at board level.
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
